Ordering and production process of the Stedyx boxing ring and MMA cages:
The customer usually contacts us through our web form or directly on the emails that are listed in the contacts.
Your message already contains basic product specification. Since we know that each gym is different, and each customer is different, we will specify the product specification with you. Once the specification is clear, we will prepare a quote with a delivery time.
Once you've agreed to a quotation, we'll send you a 3D model of boxing ring or MMA cage to get an idea of what the result will look like. We have made boxing rings and MMA cages for many customers, and it is quite possible that you have seen our products somewhere.
Once you agree to the final design, we will send you a proforma invoice based on our payment terms here. It usually accounts for 60% of the total amount. Once the payment is received on our account, we immediately begin production with the agreed date. We will inform you about the end of production by email or phone and will send you, upon request, a photo of your goods ready for shipping. We will ship your goods within 3 days of receipt of the rest payment.
The delivery time always depends on the distance from our factory. By default, we deliver boxing rings, MMA cages and workouts within 3 business days in EU.
If you have ordered the installation, Stedyx team will arrive at your appointment at a pre-arranged date and our team will install the boxing ring, MMA cage or workout equipment.
Small equipment expedition:
Stedyx dispatches Boxing ring accessories, Gym equipment and MMA Octagon canvas corners in cooperation with the shipping company GLS EUROPE. The size and weight of each package dispatched shall not exceed 25 kg and with maximum dimensions 1.8 meters x 0.5 meters x 0.4 meters (5.9 x 1.6 x 1.3 feet). Deadline for delivery across the EU is 3-5 working days from dispatch. On the day of departure you will receive your Track&Trace code. You can check the delivery at the GLS EUROPE web site. The courier company GLS in your country, you will be contacted by phone to book the date and time of delivery.
Approximate price for delivery 1 piece package within the EU is € 29 without VAT.
